I think your theory of the numbers is both right and wrong, the amount of votes needed to vote for or against would not change thier desired outcome imv.
After all, they don't give two hoots about any of it except to extract as much as possible from selling holders no intent.
I expected an update on legal, i assume it's not going well, maybe the defendants had something to leverage.
