I think there was always going to be a shortfall. Many investors would be overinvested or would not have the funds. Me included. Some just have to take the dilution, fact of life. Majority if they could, would, but the reality is not everyone has money just lying around, they have a house to pay off, kids to put through school or uni. Good result IMO.
