Of course IF the underwriters did pull out at the last moment then the simplest course of action would be return the shares to FAR and let FAR decide what to do with them.
I have received an email from Aqua who is concerned that my post about the underwriting was unnecessarily alarmist and unsupportive of FAR. In retrospect I can see he may have a point in that (unusually for me) I have allowed emotive terms to creep in, but it was not my intent to alarm at all, merely examine the implications of what you earlier posted in terms of the underwriting fine print. I thought I had included the phrase all this was "unlikely to be material to the share price" but if I have caused anyone any angst then I apologise.
Aqua is also concerned from the tone of my posts as to whether I actually want FAR to succeed. Of course I do, I thought I had made that clear in the last paragraph of my post in the "Loosen up" thread:
