Final IER was handed in yday, same price ranges taking into consideration all latest announcements

but the preferred IER price is 20.7 cents !!

Computershare surveying was apparently commissioned by Pfizer, so they know damn well that 14.6c will fail

So that leads me to believe that Pfizer is not serious anymore and they using this vote as a keep face walk-away

unless we have a last-minute adjustment to 20.7 cents which I would hope for
