TK has behaved pretty calm recently, along with the board, ignoring SH voice for the whole time, how can he did it? Because BOD sensed life will be better than ever thanks to Pfizer participation. They are not acting, but sincerely hoped SH vote yes for the scheme. They also prepared for vote No life, therefore it’s never an option to stop and quit the scheme.
We were unsure when the 3m dollars hits RAP account(very important detail), why it’s April 11 but not anytime later? It’s paid instantly mostly because Pfizer wanted that. The $3m was not for RAP to run other business(you can argue with that, but the payer has the say: do not even waste one day here, double check the algo before carrying outUS trial, I am paying $1m bonus if you are quick). Pfizer was willing to pay $50m more if data readout was successful which means quicker to get FDA. It’s more than clear that Pfizer instructed BOD to do anything they can to get Covid tool over the line ASAP. From when the scheme was announced, BOD knew Pfizer will not walk away. Their endorsement equals to Covid tool approval and commercialization. After Vote yes they literally sell Covid function and retain other business privately. If Voted no, Pfizer will sign licenses deal, a little less reward but their RAP options will worth a lot more.
As long as keep Pfizer here, TK and other board members unanimously support the scheme. They have no reason to scare about SH voice, they don’t even care about what price it is, they only need to focus on doing the $3m paid jobs for Pfizer, otherwise the game could be over. They helped Pfizer in any possible way, and never thought about exiting the scheme.
If the vote no happened(up to us SH), BOD will start to update the market about Covid R&D progress, get Pfizer sign on license agreement for a win win situation. As everyone has significantl amount of shares they all wish SP appreciate then why it will dip back? BOD will release Ann to cheer up the market, and TK will sing high praise for RAP future and their wonderful partnership with Pfizer. When market re-rate RAP above 20c or even 30c, SH will not hate what they did, but start to buy up RAP.
The key to this capital game is Pfizer undoubtedly hooked up with RAP. SH’s feeling worth nothing if Pfizer can happily help out Covid tool. I will stay very calm for the next month, vote no, and welcome Pfizer to become our greatest partner ever!
