Hi delivercn,
I completely agree with your thoughts regarding Pfizer and RAP, particularly about the Covid screening test.
Why sign a separate license agreement when they could have just launched a takeover? To protect their interests regarding the screening test. The short time frame surrounding it also adds weight to your thought about them wanting RAP to develop it ASAP.
We’d be missing out on a big opportunity if we sold out, whether at this level or even higher as Pfizer and RAP will want to develop this within the next 6 months to a year.
To that end, Pfizer won’t let RAP become insolvent during that time.
As always, voting no is how we realise the potential we’ve held on so long for. Have a great weekend all, I’m sure will be busy here once we get the scheme booklet.
