Know what you are saying, and could be a point against MIN making a bid. I did originally raise months ago, alot of things have changed.

Basically Ellison has already got NWE for a pretty cheap all script bid. There isn't much else to think about there. Effectively controls board, has effectively 95%+ say in what happens to the shared Perth basin assets, and nay profits. This has become a back burner takeover for Ellison, probably build by attrition over any timescale you would like to pick, or stick with just 95%.

No longer a huge consideration, didn't pay any $ to NWE... just MIN shares. So cheap.... the NWE board also undersold a one of kind asset virtually ready to go for development for chips without salt or vinegar.
