Obviously we'll find out the actual pitch, but as others have said, it's hard to imagine a scenario painted where TMT shareholders are dramatically better off with a merger, but I am picturing what it might look like to have this doom and gloom and no hope image portayed of TMT as a stand alone entity, but if they go that route I feel it's even harder to recover to present a much better picture if we just all agree to merge with AVL.

My mind is absolutely open but so will my nose be to sniff out any BS or spin.

They won't get much of that past this group anyway, so it'll be genuinally interesting to see where their logic sits and why they view TMT's prospects and what is 'best' for it so much differently to shareholders.

if they downplay TMTs assets and paint a gloomy picture it makes no sense merging and becoming a 160m or 170m cap company or whatever it will be by the time we merge.

makes more sense to stay a sub 70m market cap company with bugger all shares and wait for the doom and gloom to disappear which it will soon enough with the amount of VRBs announced.
