    Correct me if I'm wrong. But Lazarus Corporate Finance Pty Limited (AFSL 403684) now owns this co. 5 for 2 rights issue.
    We the share holders took up 15%, Lazarus got the remainder.
    Will have roughly 50% of shares now and 1:1 options to have the ability to gain 85%±
