The returns that Kentgrove have quoted are:
1. Not cross cyclical, they start at the trough of 2009, so anyone buying high beta stocks would show similar outperformance.
2. Not Kentgrove's, look at the fine print at the bottom, and you'll see that David Lamm has simply adopted the returns of the Alter Family office, on the grounds that he worked there previously.
In other words, the figures have been cherry-picked.
