Even the guy at ASIC whom I spoke with on Friday said the same thing Disagree about winding it up and distributing to shareholders.
ASIC have opened a file based on our complaints so if Mr Lamm doesn't dot his i's and cross his t's they will be all over him like a rash.
I guess a company name change will also be on the cards now? Lamm's Investment Co? or something more grandiose.
