Just some thoughts.

1. Phosphate is not a core asset and guestestimate $3m spend to get jorc before mining. Note, GBZ will have their ground maintained that keeps the real estate in good order, so no problem with plaint. Possibly the phosphate if mined may strip the 'overburden' allowing for lower cost exploration for gold/copper play.

2. GBZ have some, 2500 square kms of real estate it seeks to hold and not to be 'diluted' by plaint and or respective State Goverments shrinking due to the ground not being worked is always a consideration for any jounior exploration company. Therfore JV's are important mixed to maintain the ground.

3. Have a look at 3 of the 4 board members they are all well respectative in the field of mining, no blemishes whatsoever in their careers, they have done the hard yards and my belief, believe in the success of GBZ (amongst other considerations) stand by their professional self belief and integrity.

4. Juniors find, Majors take them out......that is historically what happens in the land of Oz.
JV partners are important considerations. They can be 'white knights' or a cancer.

5. If one takes the heat and 'colour' from HP posters and yes the frustration, you will see the accurateness of posting that confirms GBZ is on the right path not only for monetary rewards but being apart of the development and success of a junior exploration company.

6. And yes way too much 'red' tonight!
