What a joke, it seems like only 2 large shareholders ( not Noble or Crawley) voted for the resolutions 2,3,5,6,7,8.
AND
It couldn't have been both DCM Deco or OM Holdings together either.

BUT Crawley and Noble voted for Andrew Simpson's Performance package. He obviously did the rounds to get a little support for himself.

I don't think that they can be very proud of that result. Obviously only a few shareholders wasted their time to vote NO.
BUT we have sent them a very clear message, we are not impressed with their performance, as every other shareholder who voted SAID NO.
