Hit the nail on the head mate. Just mindless ramp.
Just like a broken records saying the same thing over and over again while spamming our threads.
And, like you wrote, a hell of a lot of disappointment with the Board and our useless Management.
Time will tell what will happen from here.
What I would worry about it now, is if they feel that they deserve an incentive bonus for all this.
