I don't disagree that the 300M options (Hartleys were also gifted 50M) are a problem, but it is guaranteed that 125M x 2c shares will hit the market all at once within the next 3 months, and only possible/probable that 300M x 3c shares will be issued sporadically over that period.

The options have a 3 year expiry, I personally feel that their existence is less of an immediate factor, but it is all matter of opinion.
