Wow!!!
Shareholders have finally taken back a company from an out of control board. Let all boards fear the name "PRAEMIUM" and think twice before acting against shareholders long term interests.
Their argument that over a 2 year period Praemium had under-performed was always ridiculous to me. Many of us have been invested for twice that long and done quite nicely. So long as inflows, FUM and therefore revenue and EBITDA were increasing quarterly which they were, I was happy. Share prices follow earnings.
Oh and there better not be any payouts for the interim CEO and the outgoing board members. They have already cost us enough.
