I am not so sure that is true, in fact from my understanding the Expert Determination is not an extravagant affair, costs are minimal if the past is any guide. I only noticed in the auditors report attached to that second half BPL report (not a formal audit) which pointed out the possibly precarious situation the company could be in, little of that has now or had then anything to do with COB. However it may illuminate how difficult it would be to pay a $1.4m bill from the JV management, whether disputed or otherwise.

Lets hope it is all gets sorted as amicably as is possible.
