This is getting even more interesting by the day.
The follow on Con note to load Lind with supporting votes failed, now they're selling them out and ASEAN (+ other speculators) are buying them up.
The balance of power has shifted already; the past two votes are the evidence, and with each share sale it becomes ever more difficult for Reeve to retain control.

I suspect both Lind and Reeve are now planning their exit. Lind will be easy, all they want is cash, but Reeve will have to consider whether he leaves early with some dignity still intact, and the opportunity to work in the resource development space again, or will he rather choose a bitter feud that ends up in him being tarred and feathered in the village square.
