It's already happening mate, all the evidence is there.
However, I'd not call it a take-over in that sense of the word, rather a return of the company to serve shareholders.
The group of shareholders instigating and supporting these actions are not interested per se in a compensation payout from Sweden, but would like to return the company to a place where senior management align activity with shareholder value creation.

The next vote at end January I am predicting will see the voting down of the follow on con note.
It's clear from the voting record now where the balance of power lies. That will open the door for the next changes in this saga and I predict the departure of Lind immediately and Reeve not too long after, along with the "yes" men who have done little in their tenure to support our progress.
