I think it is about the extra 815m shares created between March and May... The pull was closed for the shareholders in March, and we did not get a new proxy form, but the management managed to create enough extra votes to change the outcome. The ASX is investigating if these extra shares are valid or not. If not then ASEAN has a case and it may be able to put some of their directors to the board.
