its the fact they have much $$$$ in bank that allows them to have so many soi.........if they had only 1m$ in bank........i would not touch this share........but 9m$ in bank account for half if not 3/4 of their soi..........much can be done with this amount of $$$$........to express their plans to drill an drill an drill........
