Can anyone explain to me the Bontempo shares subscribed for in the placement of 18/2/21?

He subscribed for 10,000,000 shares and approved at the GM on 8/4/21, yet his final Directors Interest Notice released on 1/9/22 only disclosed 3,333,333 shares held directly and indirectly.

What has happened to the 10,000,000 that he subscribed for in the placement?

There has been no change in Directors Interest Notice lodged or submitted since this? I’m on the sidelines until I find out what has happened to this holding and will commit or otherwise when I know the answer.
