Could this not be achieved through Offtake agreements and/or a loan? I can't see any part of Buldania being parted with until it's proven up and that would take at least a year I'd imagine depending on drilling rigs and assayers delays.
If they can get beyond the early stage financial hurdles why would they want to part with any future findings for short term profit? If Buldania is proven up and KV is producing there'll be massive coin for decades! $$$
