He needs to secure 19.9% on market and explain specifically what he “will do” at Rimfire. No one is interested in his history in WA, it counts for zero in NSW.
Billis seems full of bluster, next time he should sign his letters to shareholders, outline his specific plans and sort out his internal mess with GPR.
