As posted over on LLL, I do admit to being a bit of a defender of Borg at one point
~ and you cannot be critical of his investments in companies versus the director salary paid as a NED of same companies.

He is one of the remaining links between LLL and FFX, personally I think given the government appearing (trying?) to link the 2 companies,
~ LLL should be aiming to severe all management/board ties between the 2 companies, that should also include Seydou Semega
~ it would also satisfy the mob on the LLL threads too

Quite honestly, the mention of Borg selling FFX/LLL shares at the General Meeting was when Fraser got highly animated, I guess you can't work together without having some sort of friendship built.
