Everyone should respect the results. A 249d is democracy at work.
Saying that, I think it was an excellent result for a grassroots campaign. A big thank you to all involved.
A huge turnout against recent meetings of around 63% of shares on issue. Demerger vote was 47%
37% in favour of the resolutions not successful, but with 48% of shares in nominee accounts, it was always hard to touch base with as many as we would have liked. We tried.
We need to now allow the elected boards at both FFX and LLL to deliver on their respective commitments.
Update due here by end of September
