Hi Patong1,

I contacted Automic (the registry service provider) asking for clarification as to why resolution No 1 was voted against but resolution 2 passed. Automic will get back to me and I will post the reason. Maybe the slack company will fix it up.

I am curious as to the number of votes for resolutions 2 to 7 that passed. Some how the company mustered up a lot more votes than they did for the previous capital raise vote.

I'm thinking resolution 1 voters where excluded because of associations to directors and the likes,etc.

I think resolution 2 is also defeated and needs to be corrected. How can options be connected to shares that don't get issued.

There is still the 25kt of un processed gold ore from the trial mining sitting somewhere that can be sold for some quick money as we will need some.

Good thing is the directors and stupid shareholders stuck a heap of money in to the coffers with an investment loss of at least 30%.

Now they (directors) need to work and earn their pay.
