Oleg's mates who are big shareholders with vested interests backed him. The overwhelming number of shareholders voted against it, but their shareholdings were not big enough to vote it down and they are completely owned by Oleg.
Lot of people have successfully timed the market on DRO, including myself, but the reality is that since it has been a listed company it has underperformed the ASX as a whole. And if you support giving away millions and millions of shares to management whose company has not kept up with market since listing despite increasing revenue by 50 times because of constant dilutions, then I suggest you re-read the first line...
It is you who whinges about other people and can't accept different opinions to their own.
