In my opinion, the XJO small caps (and some of the larger caps) are awash with companies that exist mainly for the benefit of the directors and will never make enough profits to pay shareholders any dividends, and DRO appears to have firmly cemented its place in the ranks. Appalling. Shareholders take all of the risks, and well-paid directors pocket extravagant millions of shares for nothing.
If the directors were confident that DRO will have a long-term profitable future then they should have no problem with the strike price of performance options being set at a premium to the current SP.
For me, DRO is now purely a speculative play, because I don't think that DRO can ever become an investment-grade stock, to be bought only when the SP has drooped after an extended period of no positive announcements, and then flipped on the next available spike.
