An interesting result of the General Meeting.
16,964,406 votes for, 6,877,189 against.
A very small portion of shares were voted as there are circa 280,000,000 shares outstanding. If I'm correct less than 10% of shares were voted.
BEL appears not to have voted as they own 56,000,000 shares of SRK. I wonder why they did not vote? The notice of meeting said Khan reserves his position of the right to vote SRK shares he controls and that BEL is not excluded from voting.
Hopefully no mistake in the meeting results. If the ASX told SRK that BEL could not vote shouldn't we have been told? I find it strange that the Directors would not have voted BEL shares in favour.
