It was noted that the shares would not be issued more than 1 month after the meeting.
Took place on the 22nd April, so I am guessing they are making the most of this to maybe pull together funds??
To not partake now would be a serious breach IMO. They could leave themselves personally liable (Director insurance would not cover).
