Everything takes time to get up and running but you need to look at the bigger picture on what we have in the assets in control.
As for the BOD most added are for participation in raisings and incentive options.
You want these guys hitting targets to bring this into production as quick as possible and that carrot of shares will drive that.
You want the best team you can find to drive this and we have it so if they make bags of money you will to only our bags will be smaller.
