    A likely 1 month to 3 month delay that means no money left.
    All delays in Minbos take longer than anyone expects especially the CEO envisages.

    This stock could be further savaged today, a CR has to come when they have no cash, desperate days ahead.
    A discount at 5 cents and further options not sure if it’s possible maybe some other proposal to keep going.
