    Why did the big holders not vote to remove management and replace them with capable people?

    Is this not a signed off sjitshow?

    Does this mean no one is capable that can be attained and it is going to be spun off into a different vehicle?? presumably retail and general other investors screwed?

    No one has said, " I have f..ed up, sorry" yet have they?
