    Guys the quicker they do a capital raise to new sophiscated and proffessional investors at say 3 cents to get the construction started. Remember there valued shareholder in chairmans statement in annual report. Dont worry the blue sky ammonia project could drive up share price long term if they can raise funds needed to start construction of the phosphate plant.
