Minbos have known for six months about the decree issued by the Angolan government on loans to support the development of agriculture.
Minbos has been negligent in not pursuing these loans earlier.
Minbos also stated around mid April that discussions were underway with Angolan financial institutions so possibly three months have passed since initial dialogue so why no funding.
Due diligence three months gone could it extend to four to five months.
If they have initiated discussions as far back as January then something is terribly wrong.

Time is running out they need cash an effort today to raise the share price has not really produced a result.
