    "Minbos also stated around mid April that discussions were underway with Angolan financial institutions so possibly three months have passed since initial dialogue so why no funding."

    The same thing was asked here repeatedly about the IDC loan and that loan did receive its credit committee's approval.
    Sometimes things take longer than we would like.
