    Just in recent times completed a CR as under 2 quarters of cash

    Then have IDC loan with pre conditions etc

    Then require more loans - working capital for construction and running costs

    and now more than likely already under 2 quarters of cash again

    With Capex increases and delays in construction very possible


    Hardly a low risk proposition for Angolan banks or investors

    Surprised how this is still above 5c
