Indeed @crazybull. IMO offtake and debt was effectively completed last year, the missing piece being GE Renewable Energy, which remains at the MOU stage - why?
We, the market, await the equity to get this juggernaut rolling. Best case scenario: a sizeable proportion of it being strategic from the most invested of all parties: current or (yet to be disclosed) NdPr offtakers.
Equity, equity, equity - GET IT DONE. No more Saskatchewan Research Council, battery-grade phos acid, conference presentations distractions.
