Management Execution and Delivery:

1. Seren Technologies Acquisition (2021–2022): Completed due diligence and regulatory approvals within 4.5 months, acquiring core IP and a pilot plant on schedule.

2. Pilot to Demonstration Scale (2023–2024): Transitioned the Belfast facility to 24/7 operation by January 2024

3. Feasibility Study (2024): Delivered a robust study (NPV US$502 M, IRR 43.6%, 2.4-year payback) in November 2024, followed by a formal CLIMATES close-out meeting in May 2025.


Strategic Partnerships and Funding:

1. Government Grants: Secured over £2.46 M from Innovate UK’s CLIMATES program for REEVALUATE and MAGNOSTIC projects, and lodged an £85 M ATF grant application in December 2024.

2. Industry Collaborations: Established offtake and process-integration agreements with Ford (EV motors), Less Common Metals (alloy production) and Vacuumschmelze (magnet manufacture). IXR/VMM JV Viridion and DNA Link, etc

3. Milestone-Driven Funding: Staged approach-from small R&D grants to major capital Grants? And de-risks execution.

4. Clear Expansion Path: Plans for a 400 tpa commercial plant by 2027 in Belfast, plus future replication in the US and Brazil, demonstrate growth ambitions.

The Board and management have adhered to timelines, achieved technical and commercial milestones, attracted significant government and industry support. These factors collectively confirm that IXR’s leadership is focused on building a scalable Commercial Plant, which will help, hopefully receiving FUNDING, Now it's up to the UK Government, if Shareholders can find a much better solution to execute all the above, please let us know.
