As this was a GM, not an AGM, no remuneration report resolution was presented and this is the only resolution that has a >25% AGAINST to get a strike, all other resolutions have to get 50.1% AGAINST not to have a motion carried....
Disappointing vote, turnout and result, rewarding directors imo when SP collapsed 0.007c isn't a good look and I don't support, SP back to 2019 when I first invested... Where is the accountably for the SP performance and growth for last 6 yrs... I do not support any directors rewarding themselves when SP/SH's investment struggles in any stock I own... IXR struggling SP is no exception imo... What performance!!!!! Disgraceful timing and action by the board imo...
Why are we NOT mining our low Capex REE ionic clay???? Isn't Aust planning to stockpile, missing the boat it seems, or are we only focused on recycling magnets, yep can see that supply lasting decades!!!

This SP chart certainly needs to reward the board doesn't it!!! So sick and tired of a lot of the ASX directors over past 2-3 yrs imo, becoming so detached from SH's imo, who provide the lifeline so ASX directors can get paid obscenely imo.... Just glad to be selling out of spec stocks, hopefully all gone by 2026..... GLTA...
