Ann: Results of General Meeting, page-6

(Quick edit - didn't take many notes, so my comments are mostly from memory. Happy to be corrected)

Just a few comments from todays EGM.

Tim/Brett were generous with their time, answering all questions as much as they could.
Total EGM went for 1.5 hours, i'd say an hour was Q&A
Lot of the Q&A was about USA and Belfast.
Belfast, they are in constant discussions with UK Gov - weekly conversations.
Tims going back this Sunday (i believe i heard that right. Brett mentioned it, believe it was just Tim).
No plans yet for another USA trip, but said it's so dynamic Tim could even go there on after UK
Frustrated that grant is taking so long, all they can do is convey to the market what they are being told. They believe they're close though, and they are passing their milestons
USA - macros, lots of chat about the macros... just passed USD 160b budget for Defence Supply Chains - x-china. This was discussed quite a bit. USA have a rare earth hole and have urgency in restoring it.
Brett used the term 'summoned', as in they were summoned twice to DC. Love this.. real interest
USA want to be buying magnets and metals
Interest in Makutu and HRE from US.
Would like to roll out recycling in US, but in multiple states. Bit more a big picture view. Set ourselves apart, as we dont cost 1b and take 20yrs to mine, we cost USD100m and take a year to build.
Once UK signs off, grant received... feel like a lot will open up. USA aren't just going to give us money. But having the UK do their DD will help move things along
Barely touched on Brazil/Korea. But there is a lot of excitement there still. Didn't avoid them due to them being deprioritised, more just USA/UK were the focus of the questions/discussions.

Left the meeting feeling very optimistic, but understanding that we are trying to play the long game without much cash at the moment. UK Grant timing is out of our hands, but we are in a great position to succeed going fwd. Naturally went straight to the app and bought another parcel of shares.
