In reality this move needed to happen in order for COE to grow the business...this is a big win for the company...and i am glad it is not going to be dragged out for too long...lets get the transaction done and dusted and move on quick as we can...
This is major expansion of the company and something that minor produces like COE always hope to happen when the enter into a buy-in agreement with a major company...
Price has predictably moved straight to the offer price...Institutional transaction is almost done..."The Institutional Offer received strong support from existing shareholders as well as several high-quality new investors"
This transaction surely has to result in a re-rating and upward valuation.
