Gas storage is a BIG issue going forward as renewable power generation increase.
Gas supply at RIGHT place at the RIGHT time, with minimal pipeline capacity restraints at critical moments.
Going forward I hope a larger but not dominant capacity goes to the spot market in future. Personally I think we are behind the curve, with Liddel and Earing coal power stations closing in the next 2 years.
COE doesn't have the means to satisfy more demand at 55tj coming out of Orbost.
