The worry is that if it dips under 24.5c during the period before the 7th July closing date. That would put the 61 million of retail funds at risk and the entire deal. It happened to another stock of mine recently due to the market carnage. Luckily there was no deal at stake, but only 15% of retail funds were raised and put a dent in the exploration plans. Gas prices are still as bullish as ever so we can only hope the support comes and drives us back into the 30c range...
