it's too early to say "dead", the functionality of stock market is to provide an efficient way of funding to keep a company alive. the ANN is not a good result, for sure. the company has 5M cash and can't last too long. and hence another round of CR will keep the company rolling again. but 20cents is way too high for people to invest, of course SP has to dip down to a level people is comfortable in investment. this is not a dead cat.
