If the results appear a bit anomalous then you would have to say GBI’s claim that their test is superior to HC-2 is a bit premature.
On face value I don’t think you can conclude anything.
It’s like the three blind men and the elephant; none has enough information to tell you correctly what the elephant looks like.
These guys need to publish some papers
