News flow is tough for biotechs; mining companies can (and often do) drop an announcement every time they dig a hole, but biotech R&D and deals can take months if not years to get done. I do agree that some strong news flow will be important to support the SP between the consolidation and the dual listing.

I share amb's fears that this will result in a drop, even though I believe it to be fundamentally unfounded.

I've some plans to free some cash in that instance, as I think it will be great buying opportunity but I'm keeping my power dry till I see what happens...
