Allow me to clarify my statement. Without the potential for a company that relies on funding, ie is not making money via the sales of goods and services, to raise funds via a placement of shares, is not said company then considered illiquid and unable to trade on the ASX? Hence the vote for the potential to issue shares to raise funds if needed is accepted. No big deal here.
