To vote by Poll, you needed to be present at the meeting, and place your vote in person.
The meetings were only to consider the formal resolutions.
I imagine that no company would allow shareholders to vote by "dial in".

If you are genuinely concerned about the mgt of Yowie, then you would have voted by Proxy well prior to cut-off.
