I was there. JB said the NAL Carb plant needs to be up and running, he said, previously, it was a pilot plant that did produce carb, he said something about it has a 70 meter kiln which would be a costly piece of plant to purchase. Someone questioned him "when", because 2026 was the expected date to bring it online, is that still the case? JB's reply to this was an unsure mumbly yes. Which to me means NO to 2026. I do remember JB saying before this, the conditions and penalties by the Quebec Government to not meet this deadline are "soft", which to me indicates not having the carb plant ready by the agreed time is not a big deal.
Thats my interpretation anyway.
